Happy Valley, OR

SAME-DAY AVAILABLE
Happy Valley covers a genuine range of property types. The newer subdivisions in Crossroads, Chaparral, and the Rock Creek area tend to be standard residential pickups, old furniture, appliances, leftover construction materials from a remodel, or a garage that hasn’t been cleared in years. Damascus is different. Properties there often have more land and more history, and the jobs reflect that: sheds full of scrap metal, old equipment sitting outside for a decade, and accumulated yard debris across multiple acres. Martin has handled both kinds since 2018, and the approach is the same. He looks at the job, gives you a firm price on-site, and nothing moves until you’ve agreed to it.
The Scouters Mountain and Butler Creek areas are also within our regular service range. If your property is on the edge of the map or on a difficult access road, call and describe it. Martin is straightforward about what’s within reach and what might need a different arrangement. Usable items from every job go to local donation centers when we can. Recyclables go to area recycling facilities wherever possible.
Pricing is per job — based on the items, their weight, and the scope of work. You get an exact quote on-site before we start. No disposal surcharges, no fuel fees, no surprises.

TESTIMONIALS
"Martin was great to work with. We had to clean a company location out quickly and he was on time, quick and professional. He had everything removed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will be using him for future jobs and would highly recommend him to anyone."
"I have nothing to say but great things about Martin and his crew. I am selling my father’s 3000 sq. ft house that he had lived in for almost 50 years. More clutter than one could imagine. It was cleaned out in one day! They also removed appliances and large furniture items. Everyone who worked on the job was professional, nice and would ask about certain items prior to throwing them out. One worker found my mother’s wedding dress that I had forgotten all about and asked me if I wanted to keep it. Martin is great, efficient and affordable! I highly recommend him."
"Martins junk Is a great company it’s a great service for helping you clear out an apartment, home or business, throw away anything you don’t need or Want after you’ve moved and many other things. I have used this company at my property that I manage and he’s very reliable, responsible, on time and pricing is very reasonable. I have also referred him to friends who have been very happy with his service."
In the newer Happy Valley subdivisions like Crossroads and Chaparral, a standard pickup typically runs 30 to 90 minutes. Larger jobs, a full garage, a hot tub, or multiple outbuildings, take 2 to 4 hours. Rural Damascus properties with heavy accumulated debris can fill a full day. Describe what you have and where it sits when you call, and Martin gives you a realistic estimate you can plan around.
Same-day service is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Happy Valley and Damascus are on our regular east Portland metro route, and same-day slots come open more often than most people expect. Call (503) 964-4886 as early in the day as you can. Martin gives you a straight answer on what's available. If same-day isn't open, he'll find the earliest slot he has.
Yes. Damascus is part of our Happy Valley service area. We cover both the newer residential development near Happy Valley proper and the rural-residential Damascus properties that have more acreage and accumulated material. There's no extra charge just because a property is harder to reach. Call and describe the access so Martin can plan the right equipment for the job.
Yes. Rural Damascus properties often have years of material spread across sheds, outbuildings, and open land. We handle scrap metal, old equipment, yard debris, demolition remnants, and general property clearing. Martin has worked these kinds of jobs since the business started in 2018. Call and describe the scope and he'll give you an honest estimate, including a realistic sense of how many trips or days the job might need.
We sort the load carefully. Furniture, appliances, and other household goods that are still usable go to local donation centers when possible. Metal and recyclable materials go to area recycling facilities where accepted. What can't be diverted goes to certified disposal facilities. We've operated this way since 2018, and it's not just a line. The sorting happens on every job, whether it's a single couch or a full property cleanout.
