No. You don't need to pre-sort, bag, or organize anything before we arrive. Point at what needs to go and we carry it out, load it, and haul it away. If you want to walk the property with us first to mark items, that works well too. Just call and we'll set a time.
Can you do a partial cleanout if family members are still deciding on some items?
Yes. We can clear specific rooms, floors, or sections of the home while leaving other areas untouched. You don't have to decide everything in advance. We'll note what's staying, what's going, and return for the rest when you're ready. There's no penalty for splitting the work across two visits.
Do you donate usable items?
Yes, when possible. Furniture, clothing, and household items in good condition are routed to local Portland-area donation centers when the condition allows. We handle the sorting and transport. We'll give you a general picture of where things went when we wrap up: what was donated, what was recycled, and what went to disposal.
